In the moments that we’re clumsy, groggy, or just some form of a natural disaster; how do we handle ourselves when we’re out and about? Do we scurry away without a word, become short-tempered, or yell at any witnesses to eff off?
Instead of useless geometry, it probably would have been more beneficial if school could have offered classes in mastering the art of err’ing.

Having a public audience to witness our mental, emotional, and physical blemishes pop-open, is only as embarrassing as we allow it to be. By using mindfulness we can stop the humiliation from spiraling into full-blown shame. Exterminating shame has to be a priority as it corrodes almost all of our confidence.
